RESERVATION
POLICY:
Reservations are secured by providing a credit card number
which will not be charged until two weeks prior to the date
of your trip. The deposit will be 50% of the price of the
trip. The balance will be due upon return to the docks from
your trip.
CANCELLATIONS POLICY:
Notice of cancellation must be communicated to GulfXstream
charters no later than 14 days prior to your trip date via
phone call or email or you will be charged 50% of the price
of the trip. Any cancellation received 36 hours prior to trip
date will be charged the full amount of the trip. PLEASE call
us ahead of time so that we may reschedule your trip and insure
that you get to experience you fishing adventure. We will
work with you every way possible to make sure we can fit your
schedule into ours!
CAPTAIN’S SAFETY CANCELLATION POLICY:
The safety of our guests and crew are our highest priority
and as such the Captain reserves the right to cancel the trip
as late as the morning of the trip should weather or other
conditions warrant. Should a cancellations be called by the
Captain for Safety reasons, we will
reschedule your trip or if not possible gladly refund you
money.
PLEASED CUSTOMER POLICY:
It is not enough that our guests be satisfied with their fishing
adventure, we want them to be PLEASED with it! Should for
any reason our guests not be pleased with their adventure,
we will book another trip at a time of their choosing and
charge only our COST.
